- We represent the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), the nation’s largest Latino civil rights organization, in cases challenging efforts to restrict voting rights and civic participation.
- In California, we represented LULAC to protect the Prop 50 map and ensure Latino communities have fair representation.
- In 2024, DDA and LULAC released The Big Lie aka La Gran Mentira: Exposing Anti-Immigrant Election Lies, which documented efforts by Donald Trump and his allies to spread false claims about immigrants and voting as part of a broader election disinformation campaign.
- The second edition, released in 2026, includes a new chapter on the SAVE Act and Save America Act, two of the most anti-voter bills proposed in modern history.
