We work in the court of law and the court of public opinion to challenge unlawful government actions, defend constitutional rights, and protect democratic institutions from abuses of power.
- We represent Congresswoman Joyce Beatty in the successful legal challenge to Trump’s unlawful attempt to rename the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and efforts to close the Center. This victory reaffirmed the fundamental constitutional principle that the president cannot override Congress.
- When voter-approved maps came under attack in California, we joined with LULAC to protect Prop 50 and preserve districts that ensure Latino communities maintain fair representation and a meaningful political voice.
- Together with allies, we released Freedom 2025 – 10 Principles, a cross-partisan framework for protecting American freedoms and strengthening the rule of law.
